Sedum

Sedum ‘Autumn Joy’

very hardy, attractive pale pink flowers cover these plants in late summer.
Attractive to bees and butterflies.

Sedum Purple Emperor

Beautiful dark leafed and dark pink flowered variety, makes a wonderful middle of the border plant.
During late august these plants are covered in bees and butterflies.

Japanese Anemone

Classic Japanese Anemone, or Windflowers, with single white flowers through to double pink with very attractive centres.
These make great plants planted individually but are better planted in drifts they are also very effective planted in combinations of other autumn plants.

Anemone x hybrida 'Whirlwind'

A pure white, semi-double flower form measuring 4 in. across top very tall stems beginning in late summer.
It continues to bloom into October, and can usually withstand a light frost.
A main ingredient for the Autumn border, Japanese anemones are graceful plants with beautiful, satiny flowers above a clump of shorter basal foliage.

Anemone x hybrida 'Queen Charlotte'

A succession of large, rich pink, cup-shaped flowers up to 10cm across on branched stems from August to October.
These award-winning, semi-double, Japanese anemones are perfect for areas of partial shade towards the back of a moist herbaceous or mixed border.
